Reasons for Instruction:  No prior experience of healthcare tendering and very limited capacity to prepare tender response within timescales.

Support Provided: Proposition development through detailed analysis of commissioning requirement, background research into commissioning organisatin and contract catchment area. Supported and challenged client to develop proposition and overall service offer. Issues over equality of access and IT and data security compliance were addressed with client.
